GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. www.kwiatek.i5.pl florist lets you send quality flowers and sweets for
any occasion anywhere in Poland in 24 hours guaranteeing high quality
and given delivery date.
2. The price of flowers and gifts includes delivery costs.
All prices of flowers, sweets and services contain taxes (VAT).
3. If the recipient is not at home during the indicated time, the courier
will leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist
to schedule a delivery time. If the recipient does not contact the
www.kwiatek.i5.pl office and the shipment is not delivered during next
working day, the delivery of the order will be held. The order will have
to be made again and paid before next delivery.
Kwiatek.i5.pl will always contact the sender if any problems arise.
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, large companies, banks are fulfilled to
a reception desk or secretary's office.
4. All orders placed in www.kwiatek.i5.pl are binding. The order will be processed
and recognized as binding since its confirmation. Kwiatek.i5.pl sends
an electonic receipt which is the acknowledgement of reception of the order
with all its details. Orders may include all products available
in www.kwiatek.i5.pl offer.
5. If www.kwiatek.i5.pl is not able to deliver the order, it will give back the whole
amount of money. In case of paying with the creditcard, money transefr
on the bank account the money will be given back directly to the customer's
bank account.
6. Kwiatek.i5.pl is not responsible for delay or lack of the delivery caused
by wrong recipient's data or negative authorization of the sender's
Credit Card payment.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery hours are NOT guaranteed and they stand for approximate
time of delivery!
The order is filled the next day it was placed (Monday-Saturday).
If you want the order to be filled on Sunday, place it two days prior.
Flowers are delivered on working days between 9 am - 8 pm
and on Saturday and Sunday between 9 am - 7 pm.
Kwiatek.i5.pl does NOT guarantee delivery on Saturday and Sunday,
if the order is made after the given deadline. The orders taken after
the deadline will be delivered as soon as possible. An alternative delivery
date is requested.
Kwiatek.i5.pl does NOT deliver flowers and gifts on National Holidays.
COMPLAINTS
Kwiatek.i5.pl guarantees freshness of cut flowers for 3 days.
They exist much longer when you take care of them properly.
Accepting the delivery means that the product is in expected quality.
The recipient defines the quality and feshness of the product
in acknowledgement form. If you are not completely satisfied with your gift
bouquet or its delivery, please contact us by e-mail biuro@krakowflorist
in 10 days after the delivery date.
We try to fulfill the orders according to the customer's request, so when
a problem occurs we make every effort to fix it. Each complaint is carefully
analised. After explaining the problem, Kwiatek.i5.pl offer a compensation
for the mistake.
